The Androgen + Metabolic Panel (PCOS)

$150.00

A PCOS diagnosis tells you what is happening. This panel starts to answer why and what your body is doing that may be keeping it active.

This is not a diagnostic test. What it does is look for the hormonal and metabolic patterns most commonly associated with PCOS: androgen excess, insulin resistance, disrupted LH to FSH signaling, and SHBG dysregulation. These are the drivers that research links most directly to PCOS symptoms: the acne, the irregular cycles, the weight changes, the fatigue.

Whether you have a confirmed diagnosis or are simply trying to understand what your hormones are doing, this panel gives you real numbers, interpreted through a functional lens, with a personalized next step.

If you already have a diagnosis and want to understand what's feeding it, this is where to start.

  • Labs included: Free and Total Testosterone, DHEA-S, LH, FSH, Fasting insulin, Fasting Glucose/Basic Metabolic Panel, Hemoglobin A1c, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin

    • Time bloodwork on day 3 of cycle, labs are fasting

    • Labs must be completed at a Quest location (not available for those in the following states: NY, NJ, RI, & HI)

    • 3-5 day turnaround time

  • Nurse Practitioner Interpretation

  • Supplement + Nutrition + Lifestyle Protocol
