reclaim

there’s life after cancer

Remember ringing the bell after finishing cancer treatment — finally hearing the words "cancer-free"?
You felt relief, hope… and then you asked the big question:
“How do I keep this from coming back?”

And your doctor said something like,
“Let’s just wait and see.”

(Did an alarm go off in your head?)

You're here because you know your body is capable of healing — not just surviving, but thriving. You believe, deep down, that there’s more you can do. And you're right.

I help female cancer survivors use evidence-based, data-backed strategies to support the body’s natural ability to stay well — and reclaim the vibrant life they deserve.

Let’s move beyond “wait and see.” Let’s get intentional about your healing.

MONTANA

Welcome - I’m so glad you’re here. I'm a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner by training and a health coach by calling. My passion lies in guiding female cancer survivors through the next chapter with intention, strength, and purpose.

I believe healing doesn’t stop when treatment ends. My work focuses on supporting women in reclaiming their bodies and their health through evidence-based strategies designed to reduce the risk of recurrence. From nutrition and movement to stress management and lifestyle shifts, what I offer is rooted in research while also honoring your body's innate wisdom.

This is about more than just surviving. It’s about thriving, deeply and sustainably. You deserve to feel powerful in your body again and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
